Sneak Preview – ARYZTA first baking studio in Japan
ARYZTA, a global leader in frozen bakery unveils the first baking studio in Japan. The kitchen design is the brainchild of Naoya Matsumoto, an award-winning designer. Born 1982, he studied at Seian University of Art and Design and worked for architect Shigemasa Noi before establishing his own studio (Naoya Matsumoto Design) in Osaka in 2013.
This baking studio will showcase the success of oven-fresh baking concept for both food service and retail customers. A convenient, flexible and labor efficient operation concept that facilitates freshness round the clock and excites the senses of consumers.
The new facility allows ARYZTA to share our experience in baking and creative application training with our customers. Our customers and partners can also expect stronger synergy and closer collaboration with us that enable differentiated and customized solutions for the dynamic Japanese market.
According to Oliver Ryf, Managing Director of Japan, “This baking studio has realized an important milestone for ARYZTA Japan in support of our long-term goal of building even stronger partnerships with our customers and suppliers to address the ever-changing consumer needs.”
